I’m Erin Anderson.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked with the body as a tool for transformation—as a dance movement therapist, somatic psychotherapist, and energy practitioner.
I specialize in helping high-achieving, analytical women access the intelligence they’ve been trained to ignore.
Your body isn’t a problem to solve.
It’s information you haven’t been taught how to use—yet.

Do I need to know anything about Human Design beforehand?
No. Come curious. We start with your body, not the chart.
Human Design is used as a reference after we see what your body reveals.
What if I’ve never worked with my body this way before?
That’s completely okay. This process is simple, guided, and paced for you.
You don’t need any prior experience—just a willingness to explore.
How is this different from other Human Design readings?
Most readings focus on explaining your chart, which can keep you in your mind.
The Bodyprint starts with your body—then uses your chart to support what’s already been revealed through direct experience.
What happens in the integration session?
We explore what’s shifted, what’s becoming clearer, and how your body is communicating now.
It’s also a natural place to discuss next steps if you want to continue—without pressure.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a somatic body energy reading designed to help you understand your body’s signals
and apply them to real-life decisions.
If you’re still unsure, that’s okay. You don’t have to force clarity—
this work is about learning how to feel it.
